Mấy ngày qua chúng ta vui mừng đón nhận tin Bill S-219 đã được Thượng Nghị Viện Canada thông qua, và Bill S-219 đang ở Hạ Nghị Viện chờ biểu quyết.
Để dự luật được thông qua suông sẻ, xin mời tất cả quí anh chị và gia đình, cùng vận động bạn bè cùng ký tên trên thỉnh nguyện online (bên dưới) để dự luật được thông qua trong dịp toàn dân quốc nội và hải ngoại kỷ niệm 40 năm ngày mất nước.
Việc ký rất đơn giản chừng vài phút. Và chúng ta người Việt ở các nơi khác ngoài Canada cũng ký được.
Hy vọng sau khi hoàn thành ở Canada, việc làm nầy sẽ tạo được cảm hứng cho ngưòi Việt quốc gia ở các châu lục khác.

My friend and colleague Senator Hai Ngo has tabled the Journey to Freedom Act (Bill S-219) to commemorate the flight from communist oppression of millions of Vietnamese refugees, many of whom secured their freedom in Canada.
Unfortunately, as you will see from the article below, the Liberal Party is bending to foreign pressure by trying to filibuster and delay the Journey to Freedom Act.
